Looking Local is developing an affordable housing portal commissioned by the DWP for launch in 2012. Following a number of presentations at landlord forums, a national press release and a mailer to our housing customers and contacts, it has been widely welcomed.
With LHA changes set to come in early in 2012, there will be significant movement in the housing market and this portal will help both landlords and tenants handle the changes as smoothly as possible.
